Daniel is an association management professional with a focus on board and committee development dedicated to conferences and events for higher education and student affairs. His focus on developing strong connections between board members, volunteers, and staff has driven him to refine his skills in communication, relationship building, and community programming. He has designed and led training related to board communication, committee planning and structure, and equity, inclusion, and social justice in program design. Over the past 10 years, he has volunteered for and sat on the executive committee of Miami Beach Gay Pride, the National LGBTQ Task Force (Winter Party Festival and the Task Force Gala-Miami), Pridelines, and the Cherry Fund. His focus in his volunteer roles has connected to increased representation of youth and minorities within committees and board to funnel growth and access within volunteer organizations for the larger community. Danny is a graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. He is also a certified SafeZone trainer and facilitator.

Corey is the co-founder and executive director of Maven Leadership Collective. As a social entrepreneur and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors, he is committed to harnessing the power of meaningful diversity, equity, and inclusion to make communities thrive.
Corey’s professional experience includes conducting public relations at the United Negro College Fund, developing youth development programs at the National 4-H Council, and leading operations for a national ecumenical faith-based capacity building initiative. It also includes serving as a licensed esthetician, massage therapist, and spa manager in some of Miami’s most acclaimed luxury hotels. He currently serves on the board of directors for Maven and IlluminArts, is an advisory board member for the Nyah Project and Radical Partners, and is a member of the Civilian Review Panel for Florida Foster Care Review.
Corey is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in journalism-public relations and holds a master's degree in public administration with a concentration in nonprofit management & education policy from The George Washington University. Born in New York City and raised in New Jersey, Corey has previously lived in the Washington, DC metro area and Atlanta prior to moving to South Florida 13 years ago where he now lives in South Beach.

Ana-Maria Alvarez is a South Florida local, born and raised. She has always had a passion to be involved and give back to the community. As early as middle school, and more actively in high school, Ana-Maria volunteered with many local community organizations, sometimes feeding the homeless or assisting with fundraising efforts. Her activity only grew, becoming involved with organizations such as Special Olympics, Susan Komen Race for the Cure, and American Cancer Society. Most recently, Ana-Maria stepped up from being an event volunteer to becoming a committee member for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Miami-Dade. Ana-Maria is also active in the LGBTQ community, she has volunteered in events such as Miami Beach Gay Pride, Gay Days Orlando, Pink Flamingo Awards, and the National LGBT Task Force Gala. While Ana-Maria works in the healthcare industry, her educational background is actually in Fine Art. She received her Fine Art degree in Computer Art from Florida Atlantic University in 2005. However, she is excited to begin a new degree in 2017, a Master of Healthcare Administration. Ana-Maria has a strong background in management as well as leadership thanks to four years in a Coast Guard JROTC program which allowed for an excellent foundation. Ana-Maria looks forward to continue to be active in the community and to help others become involved and reach and exceed their goals.
Tamara Francois is the co-founder and CEO of The XP Agency, LLC. The XP Agency delivers experiential and marketing services for Fortune 500 companies. Tamara has twenty years of experience in strategic marketing and promotions. Tamara is an entrepreneur at heart and credits her tenure in the recording and entertainment industry to developing her strong work ethic. She is a gifted strategic thinker and researcher who nuses these skills to identify innovative solutions for her clients and business. Tamara has a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Purchase.
Doris joined The Philadelphia Orchestra as the Senior Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations in September 2011. During her six-year tenure, she has secured over $10 million to underpin the Orchestra's core programming and special projects. Doris is responsible for the design, plan and implementation of a comprehensive program for corporate and foundation giving to the Orchestra which includes the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of various donors including sponsorships. In addition, Doris drives corporate solicitations for special event underwriting as well as facilitates government funding to the Orchestra. Doris comes to the Orchestra after almost a decade at Gallaudet University in Washington DC. Doris held the position of Associate Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations and also served as their Interim Director of Development. Some of her professional highlights at Gallaudet include securing over $16 million for University priorities and initiatives; working with the Board of Trustees and Board of Associates members to secure new and sustain corporate and foundation gifts; and leading a feasibility study of corporate and foundation prospects for the capital campaign resulting in achieving their $31 million goal. Doris also serves on several nonprofit boards. She is an officer for the Association for Fundraising Professionals, and serves on the board of Piffaro, The Renaissance Band. Most recently, she is been appointed to the board of the Maven Leadership Collective.
Francisco Seyler believes in a better and equal opportunity world where everyone is able to reach its full potential, and he believes in volunteering as a tool to make this happen. Francisco has volunteered for organizations like the National LGBTQ Task Force, the Miami Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity and feeding the homeless programs. He is a Finance leader with experience in S&P 500 companies, with a Public Accounting degree and currently working on getting his MBA (end of 2017). Francisco’s main roles have focused on corporate finance, supply chain finance and internal audit. Throughout his career, he has acquired expertise in cost optimization and programs valuation to increase cash generation while managing the forecasting process of multi-billion and multi-million costs and capital budgets. Francisco is passionate about working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams applying an intrapreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement. He is also very enthusiastic about numbers and salsa dancing.
