MAVEN LEADERSHIP COHORT ORLANDO

Applications for Maven Leadership Cohort Orlando have now closed.
LEARN. PLAY. SHARE.
Our learning models is learn, play, share. This curriculum is designed to be highly interactive and employs adult learning principles. Mavens will develop an important sense of accomplishment from the curriculum's many opportunities to apply new knowledge to practical situations and life experience.
LEARN: Mavens acquire and strengthen knowledge using case studies, pre-assigned readings, and master classes from subject matter experts.
PLAY: Instructors and mentors engage Mavens in interactive activities that test assumptions and current practices, and facilitate field experiences. Mavens craft and implement public programs/initiatives.
SHARE: It is not enough to keep what we learn to ourselves and the Maven curriculum asks Cohort participants to test their perspectives against those of others, create venues for sharing collective wisdom with the community members, and synthesize and codify best practice with program evaluation tools and reporting.
